No,I-485 application has conflict with immigration visa

I-485 mean you ask USCIS process your case within USA.If you have chose to process your immigration visa
in US consulate in Canada,you shouldn't file an I-485
otherwise your case will be tranfer to USCIS service
center in USA,you can't get an immigration visa in Canada,& waste your money for NVC,if you have paid.
