I guess that you live in Quebec,Canada ,since you chose to process your immigration case overseas,the
VSC will tranfer your approval I-140 there,usually NVC
does it about your immigration visa numember becoming current a few months ago.(usually if in China,you will
receive an interview notice after 7-9 months)
