in the offer letter, it said (the original words in the offer letter) 'this is an at-will position and your appointment is subject to the rules and regulations of the Exempt Employees' Code', and following this sentence a website is provided to the Exempt Employees' Code.
In my previous post, I just copied the part of the code related to termination of a position.
Any suggestion?
