急问有关financial support for my baby's GC application. THX!!!!

急 need answers/advices regarding financial support for my baby's green card application. here is the situation :

我 有美绿卡但近两年在香港没有工作 (no U.S. tax return or W2 for 2 yrs)， HUSBAND 无绿卡且一直在香港工作， BABY 刚在香港出生(3 MONTH INFANT)。 准备马上返美为 BABY 办绿卡，发现需要出示 FINANCIAL SUPPORT, for minimum $32k household annual income for the application.

我在美国有房产(现出租中) 在美银行也有一定存款 ( less than $30k). 我想问老公在香港的收入证明可作为FINANCIAL SUPPORT吗？
