并且已写了English Proficiency letter并附了附件. 但今天接到建议考试的信,They said: If you do not provide the results of language testing, an assessment of your language proficiency will be made based on the information your have provided. This cold result in fewer points being awarded for language ability which will influence your overall assessment as a skilled worker.
