is the chance of I-140 getting rejected big?

just filed I-140 on 2/17, I didn't even know, just received the receipt from attorney last night so I know oh, they already filed I-140 for me.

The good thing is I am care-free, never needed for anything almost; bad thing is after I reviewed the I-140 form, I don't think it's perfectly carefully prepared on details

So I am wondering if there is a big chance I-140 get rejected or normally that wouldn't happen. Anybody has any experience?
