My status Jan.01-Aug.12,2005,OPT.After then,changed to F2.My hu*****and F1,has been USA for more than 5 years.We plan to file 1040 married joint.

I didn't have any income in 2005,My hu*****and did.

1.What's my occupation? student or homemaker?
2.How much treaty we can have? (5000)or (10000)?
