是不是一旦申请工卡就必须等绿卡批下来才能换工作?

我不喜欢现在的工作,但是老板同意sponsor绿卡.我听说工卡下来半年之内不能换工作,以后即使能换也不能跨行业.请问是这样吗?谢谢!
