can i change my 485 from one 140 to another?

I filed two 140s, one for NIW and the other for EB1. I filed 485 concurrently with EB1. Currently my NIW application is approved. Can I transfer 485 to NIW based 140? Will it have bad effects? Does anybody have the similar situation? Thanks.
