EAD processing time at TSC? Urgent

I heard from someone that TSC can process EAD between 1-2 weeks. Anyone can confirm this?
It's urgent for me because I need to decide today whether to apply for EAD based on my pending 485 (140 approved) or OPT as F1 student. OPT takes 3 weeks according to recent records in my school.
I just got a job offer and the employer is threatening me to retreat the offer if I can not start early enough. So one week may make a difference.
Please post here if you have EAD processed between 1 to 2 weeks recently, calculated from mailing out the form to receiving the card in the mail. If EAD is really faster than OPT, I will express mail EAD application today.
