yes, I have the number, but when I enter my passport number and the reference number, it pops up the "personal input information" window (just like the first time I enter the website), I dont have access to any other documents. I was not able to find the letter any more. I am wondering whether I really made the appointment or not, but they did charge me money and the website did pop up the confirmation message for it (I printed only one copy for it). I am very confused, dont know why.

P.S.: do you need to wait a long time to get chance to talk to the representitive? Should I call in the morning or afternoon?
