You are welcome. I really understand your feeling, cus's that is what I felt at that time. Actually, I did not printed out the confirmation letter, but the short letter including the reference number (you are supposed to get it when you successfully made the appointment), your name and the appointment date. You could get access to this letter after you log in the website
