Because my OPT will expire in May. If I turn the application in as a regular one, it might not get approved before its expiration. Then during the waiting period I can not work, right? there would be a gap period that I would be sitting on the bench? If I pay $190.00 more, would it be sure of getting it approved in 90 days? where should this money go to, attorney, Homeland Security?
