There are two ways to turn your applications:

The regular processing requires normal 120-180 days to process but you may get it with actual 90 days or short @ $190.00 (?).

The premium processing, which will ensure that Homeland Security reviews it within 15 calendar days and an H-1B application is $1000.00.

Keep in mind, the key date is you MUST turn in application before your OPT expire.
