Probably not beyond 6-year limit, unless 1) the old company continues supporting you, assuming the old LC is still valid (not invlidated by the new regulation)and over 365 days has passed at the time you need it, or 2) your new company offers you a LC substitution before the new regulation is in effect. 3)a 140 for you is approved.
