Thanks for the reply. I understand that fingerprint check and namecheck are two differently things. Is there a sequence there? Is the first time fingerprint notice sent out only after the FBI namecheck is cleared? I think it should NOT be case, but that's the impression I had based on the letter from the CSC officer. Thanks.
