请教关于485的fingerprint

2005年6月同时递的140和485,CSC. 到现在还没收到打指纹的通知. 律师写信到CSC, 回复说在FBI NAMECHECK. 请问FBI NAMECHECK是在第一次打指纹之前吗? 一直觉得是之后的. 知道的人能说一声吗? 谢谢.
