回复：Does NIW job change need to inform INS?

1. Not necessary for any EB categeories, but sometimes a preemptive letter cuts the potential delay caused by RFE. The strategy worked well sometimes in the past with NSC.
2. It is OK to switch from academy to industry.
3. By law, you have to inform INS of your address change within 10 days of your moving by filing AR-11 unless the moving is temportary. You also need to change the address of your pending applications by calling CIS or writing to them.
