现在H1b, 工作从学校转到公司，要占用新名额嘛？

If an employee has an H1B from a non-profit organization and he wants
to change to a profit organization, does it take quota or can he start
work immediately?

听说从公司转到公司，是不需要占新名额的， 但是从non－profit学校转到公司呢？
