问几个关于TAX 的问题，非常感谢

1去年拿了scholarship,需要交税吗。我是F2专F1的。是不是象我这种情况，也不能用那$5000 treaty？
2 学校发了1042S表，是不是我必须填1040NR 或者1040NR-EZ？
3 已经在美国呆了4年多了，如果我不能用那$5000的TREATY， 我可以填1040表吗？
