question for xiaobaitu, Thanks!

Hi Xiaobaitu,

I mailed my 140 RFE to NSC on Jan 16, but I haven't got any update of the 140 application status on the web site. Can I call them to check the status? At least I want to know whether they have got my package (The USPS does show they signed the package).
