Then What you have to do? Where to get a H1-B visa? So when you got H1B the first time, are you only entitled H1B status, not a Visa? I am thinking to change my TN visa to H1B, do not know if I should do it or not, as I have to either apply for H1B visa or EAD right after I got my I 140 approved if I want to travel.
Could you or anyone have a better/clear idea what I should do.
