请教

我在的公司申请了破产也裁掉了好多人. 本人虽未被裁掉但有个担心, 那就是我的LC,I-140和I-485会被拒吗?
实在不想换工作,因为一换工作优先日期就没了. 请大家帮忙给出出主意. 先谢了.
