I already tried very hard to help. Even he hurt me very much, I still decide to help him. For the last several years, I almost took care of my little one by myself. I only want a peaceful divorce. I can help him to get green card if he promises me to divorce after he get it. But he won't talk. I can not talk to him. He never listen. BTW, I'm a women. He promised to lawyer that he will deal with this after his defense. But he won't. He has his Ph.D. here. He even have locked me and child outside during night before.
