I think that he is under the background check, usually takes a few weeks. There is a Washinton telephone, posted a 网友 KIRN

You can get the status of your hu*****and's case. I do not know if you can speed the case up using this number.

Do not worry too much. They will issue visa. Nowadays, background check is much shorter than it was.
