先生申请公民，面试通知上要求带Any evidence of Selective Service Registration. 可我先生并没有参加过Selective Service. (虽然他在18-26岁时在美国，但没有任何政府部门或其他机构和他联络过要他参加。）那末他该怎莫解释没有evidence of Selective Service Registration 呢？
