Ask xiaobaitu about H-1B 7th year extension

My 140 has been approved but the PERM was filed in August 2005. My H-1B will expire by the end of April 2006. Since the LC was filed less than 365 days when H-1B expires and I don't have my 485 filed, can I have 7th year extension of H-1B? Thanks.
