hello, xiaobaitu, seems that you may be able to give me some advice.
Due to negligence of my attorney,my ETA9089(right?) did not put a note saying that experience before master degree is acceptable--this is a common sense,though.The LC is approved with master degree and 2 years of related experience required.However,after my master degree,I have only 3 years' RA experience at school.Moreover,the position requires some experience that is exactly what I obtained in China.My plan is to file I-140 and ask the attorney to apply for another LC.

any advice is very appreciated.
