My hu*****and is a postdoc at school, and his EAD already start, I mean he didn't apply his H1-B, but now after I lost my job, he asked to apply the H1-B, H/R told him it shouldn't be a problem for him, after his H1 approved, they will give his new offer letter.In am I understanding he has to go back china to get his H1? We have 3 kids in US, so the situation is really urgent, maybe just GOD can help us. I have a interview at next Monday, hopefuly I can get that job.
