better to take ESL, as my case,

they only take ESL result.

as my case, 1998-2000 two years CS Master of USA, 5 years US working experience as IT consulting , but the Visa officer still did not acknowledge my language ability as High proficiency, they said, that level only could belong to these using English as Native language like European, finally, I just passed the line by adding my wife ( US master and current on job in USA) .
