DIY I-140 approved, I-485怎么办?

DIY I-14０，TX,　收件日为２００６年１月５日，　批准日为２００６年１月３１日。
在I－７９７批准件上，写了"The information submmited with the petition shows that the person whom you are petitioning is not eligible to file an adjustment of status application at this time."
"Additional information about eligibility for adjustment of status may be obtained from the local INS office serving the area where the person for whom you are petitioning lives."

第一句话我想是因为现在排期，我得等．但是到时会有什么notice通知我么？
第二句话我更不明白．TX 有DAllas,Houston, San Antonio, El Paso district office，我住在德州，但不住在这些地方，我的local INS是哪一家呢？这些office处理I-485的日子不一样．

唉，要有钱请个律师办NIW，就不用为这些烦恼和迷茫了．请大家帮帮我吧！
