I need to go back to China immediately. I am holding H1 visa. My green card application is pending, but our I140 has been approved recently (have not got the formal notice). Do you think if I can get a visa to come back?

DO you have any experiences in this kind of matter? How to apply for a USA visa in Shanghai?
