为何我H4温哥华返签就给1次ENTRY?

我无论如何也想不通.只给1次ENTRY.那去加拿大返签毫无意义.因为我从加拿大回美国要用掉这1个ENTRY.那我回大陆返美还是要在大陆签?

我该如何?
