急,急的快哭了,请帮忙

我刚在温歌华签到了H4,但是问题是只给了3个月有效期,而且ENTRY写的是1,也就是说我只能入境1次.那我从温歌华回到美国是不是已经用掉了这1次ENTRY.那我是否不能再回大陆,从大陆返美?那我在温哥华返签干吗?

大家有经验吗?请帮忙看看.
