Help, original H1b approval notice

I just got the approval notice for my H1b petition. But the employer only give me a copy of the notice, and she also gave me the original I797A and I-94 card (lower part of the approval notice).
I read the copy of the approval notice which does say that the petitioner should keep the upper part and and give the lower part to the beneficiary .
Is there a problem for my future H1b transfer (if I only have a copy), or travel outside the US.
