Please help on spouse I-485

Xiatian said "You can add your spouse to the I485 if you get married during I485 pending? "

Would you please share your infor.? Are you EB1 or EB2? As long as I know, the spouse' I-485 can not be submitted unless the visa number is avaliable. How can you add your spouse during I485 pending?

My I-140 (NIW) was approved and my I-485 is pending. My hu*****and's I-485 was returned by USCIS because of the check did not signed by the lawyer. According to what you said, can I add my hu*****and's I -485 now? Thank you very much!
