也问EAD延期(急)

去年十一月我用USCIS的efile申请了EAD延期, 随后收到一封email说我的case缺指纹,要打电话预约打指纹. 可是我太太的EAD renewal (applied through her company's attorney)却没有要求指纹,而且现在已经批了. 我们俩都在这之前为485打过指纹了.

还有,在手到那封email后我立即打了电话预约,被告知要带两份申请材料的复印件,两份原有EAD的正反两面复印件去按指纹即可. 到了按指纹的那天我起了个大早,排在了队伍的第一名,谁之看门的不让我进,说我必须要有预约信. 后来我再打电话给USCIS, 接电话的说我会在一个月内收到预约信. 等到现在,还是没有.于是我又打电话给uscis, 这次好,告诉我efile的没有预约信. 让我还拿那些材料去.

我怎么办呢?去,可能又被赶回来,不去又不行.为什么我贴了八遍了,还是贴不上啊?
