it said on the I-130 instruction that

a color photo of you and one of your hu*****and or wift, thaen within 30 days of the date of the petition. the photo must have a white background and be glossy, unretouched and not mounted. the dimensions of the facial image should be about i inch form the chin to top of the hair, in a 3/4 frontal view, showing the right side of the face with the right ear visible.
