有事急问, 请好心人回答

我和我LG2004年结婚, 他是2003年拿的绿卡, 我是F1. 我一直没有递交绿卡的申请, 因为怕要换成非移民身份有问题. 我今年5月毕业, OPT已经在拿前一个学位时用完了. 没想到今年的H1这么快就用完, 我又不确定能不能在毕业前找到学校和nonprofit的工作.

我们最近刚有了宝宝, 实在不想一家人分开.


请好心人给我们指点一条明路.
