urgent help needed for parents' visa applications in China!!!!!

Hi, all my fellows. Did anyone here recently invite your parents to visit US? If so, could you let me know the list of documnets which I need to send to my parents. I recall that the visa application forms have to be filled online starting from this year (right?), anyone knows how to do that? Your experience is very appreciated. Thank you for you help.
