这封信是否意味着我的name check完成了？是要二次面试吗？

我于2003年3月结婚，4月送件(婚姻绿卡)，11月面试，被告知pending for name check.. 之后每六个月允许查进展情况一次，一直是pending. 两个月前又去查，被告知目前采取了新程序，可加速因name check 而耽误时间过长的案子， 又让我重新打了指纹。今天收到移民局信件，指定了下个月某日某时的appointment.
信中appointment checklist 要求带护照，medical examination, birth certificate…etc.
但这些已经在三年前面试时交出去了。信的背面又有 for marriage-based cases, the following additional items are required:

· both spouses must be present at the interview.
· Proof of petitioner’s US citizenship or legal permanent resident status
· If you did not submit your I-486 affidavit of support when you originally filed your I-485, submit your I-864 at the time of your interview.
… etc.
请问：
1。这封信是否意味着我的name check完成了？
2。 如果是的话，我读到别人的经历，似乎name check 通过后，接到信就去该盖绿卡章了，为何又要求我们夫妇再去interview, 并且要求的文件大部分都已经被第一次面试时移民官收去了。

3。 我当年面试时移民官没有向我要 I-864 Affidavit of Support 表格，是他忘了还是不需要？
如果有sponsor 的话，还用提交我们夫妇的报税吗？（我因与前雇主有薪资纠纷问题，所以前年没有保税，本打算今年4月前补报， 所以我们自己的报税不全，打算找sponsor, 风险大吗？）
