什么时候可以电话查询CASE的情况呢?

USCIS Case Status Service Online 网页上说:
If you filed your case 30 days or more before the date shown under the heading “Processing Cases with Receipt Date
of” and you have not received a request for evidence, a decision, or another notice in the last thirty days, please call
our National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

那现在的日期是
1/8/06 (http://www.aila.org/content/default.aspx?docid=18408)

如果我1/7/06递的申请,在2/7/06还没有接到任何消息,或RFE, 我就可以打电话问了.对吗?
