Yes. Most of people prefer to get a draft. And it is better for you since you want certain points to be covered in the letters. Otherwise, the letter could be useless.

Open a Fedex account and let the referee know that they can fedex it to you using your account if they want. My experience tells me that most of them are not going to use that but it is good gesture.
Tell them that you might exaggerate your achievement for your application and ask for their understanding. Therefore, the chance that they delete most of your points will be deduced since they know that the exaggerations are important for your application.
Tell them how important the letter is to you and how much you appreciate their help.
