Theoreticly if the immigration officer pay attention to
your notice letter about second I-140,,he/she may do so,but if he/she neglect it,your I-485 will be hought to lost the base,then will be denied.If so,you need to
file I-485 again.Nobody may guarantee what will
happen ,but it's very worthy to try.
