急求!!!!

我女儿的移民申请是2004年11月批的,可是我们始终没有接到移民局的信.现在移民局说这个案子已经转走了,可能转到国际签证中心和加州移民中心.可我们两个地方都找不到,我该怎么办呀? 该到哪里去问呢? 求大家帮帮我! 万分感谢!
