she needs the copy of her hu*****and's petition approvement, that is I797B form and the copy of his visa. If she wants to stay in the U.S. with her hu*****and, she needs to have marriage certificate with her, then she can ask the immigration officer for staying in the U.S. as the same period as her hu*****and. This way she can save $110 for extending her staying in the U.S. later, because usually she can only stay in the U.S. for 3 months if she doesn't ask for the immigration officer. I did that twice.
