Please tell me what documents I need to prepare?

I will have a meeting in Hong Kong. Besides AP, air tickets, Passport, what else I need to bring? Thanks for your input.

FYI, I got my AP in 15 days. ND: 12/27/2005 and AD: 01/11/2006 at NSC.
