don't take it, it is too risky.

J status working in company is too risky for J1 waiver in the future. you need to waiver J visa first, then get H1, or apply GC after waiver, then you can think about going to company. But if you want to go back to China after J visa, that is no problem, because you don't need to stay in US any longer after J.
