485 RFE question

My 485 been pending since 2002. Last week got RFE for employment letter. It just so happened I just got an offer from another company and I am about to switch job. Should I stay with my current company for another month or so, let them out the RFE , then make up another employment letter to USCIS? Or go ahead switch job any way, use my new company's employment letter?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
