回复：no need quota, as I know, if you transfer jobs

I thought I need to get quota because the H1 I am currently holding is from university and is not counting against quota in the begining. So if I transfer to industrial, I need apply for new H1b. But I heard someone told me the same as you did. I am really confused. Do you know any particular example ? Many thanks
